We were there during the new year eve. Food and hospitality is very good and professional. Ambiance is great and well maintained. Staff attitude is professional. Would like to visit again in near future.

We didn't book the hotel in advance this time around as staying in Kashid wasn't on the agenda but when we did by default we came back to Kashid Beach Resort. Paid 7k for 2 for a overnight stay (fri- sat). It included a very spacious room with running hit water, tethey had ahlevision and air-conditioning. Our breakfast, lunch and dinner was included in the cost as well. This place is very quiet. You can hear yourself breath at sometimes. Making it perfect place. Has ample of parking space. Road leading to the hotel is not so good though but it's manageable. Rooms were big with a baranda that we could use. It's a common baranda for 2 rooms but we had no neighbors. It looks kind off clean but this is one department that made me check one star less! I'm assuming it's due to salt in the air. Praveen the person at reception was very warm and helping. I recommend advance booking for 2 reasons. 1) cheaper rate 2) they had hard time charging our card due to horrible network in the Kashid area. Almost made 4-5 attempts on 2 different days. Finally somehow it did work. Room suggestion: book 801 or 802. You can view the sea from there.

Sad quality of rooms.

We had stayed in this resort earlier in 2004 and had a wonderful experience then. The place was vibrant with activities then. But, when we recently visited the resort this month, we were disappointed. The rooms are unkempt, washrooms smelly. On checking, was told that the number of people handling the resort has dropped to 50%, thus explaining the quality of service. The only positive part is that the rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Would not recommend this place.

It is Nice Place to stay , Food is also ok ok , Normally should be good during week end . Not so far and Not so near from the main Beach but you can walk on the Near by Beach. Nice View in the Early morning . Take an early morning Walk very refreshing.

I booked this place in the last minute for new year's weekend. Have been here earlier...love the cottages and the view. When we checked in they said breakfast, lunch and dinner all inclusive. However, during check out they refuted dinner and lunch. Apart from this minor miscommunication..the stay was awesome. Food is good in taste and variety. Nice place for family or friends getting together..shall visit again.
